Losing (and Gaining)

If you’re anything like me, you love those jaw-dropping weight loss/gain stories luring you in at Meijer’s checkout.

Too bad this week’s blog isn’t one of them.

But it is about losing ... and gaining.

On the loss side, this is the last weekly blog you’ll be receiving from me (please, no tears!)

Instead, Modus is launching something tasty for the eyes and mind: It’s called Nectar, a  monthly news capsule that celebrates your sweet and active life.

For all you amazing 90-day challengers ... you’re one-third there!

It’s such an accomplishment, because studies tell us time and again that a commitment kept for more than 14 days becomes a habit, which morphs into a lifestyle change.

And for those of you who’ve taken on our mini-challenges, bravo. You’ve planked. You’ve abstained from sugar. You’ve even kept food journals.

Why celebrate these little steps? Because you’re on your way to creating a new you, one day at a time.

I thank each and every one of you for not only hanging in there, but taking a deep dive into wellness. You are an inspiration.

Can’t wait to see what the next few weeks bring. Until then, keep it up!
