Pineapple, Cucumber & Kale SmoothieIngredients
2 cups of fresh/canned/frozen pineapple
2 cucumbers, cut in half
2 cups of tightly packed kale
Put all ingredients in a blender, Vitamix, or juicer. Add ice, blend, pour, and enjoy! Additional fruit can be added to taste.
