Challenge Smoothie Contest:

Made this 4 times, little bit different each time...  honestly, I never make smoothies, so was winging it.  I do eat a lot of pumpkin this time of year, so wanted to incorporate... not too bad!

Base:

1/4 cup pumpkin
1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
Half banana
Splash Flax milk
Little bit of honey

Add-ins:  I tried three different green ingredients ... best was avocado :)

1/2 avocado
Handful spinach
Handful of Earthbound Farms Power Blend greens
