A few months ago, I signed up to work with David on nutrition. My goal was just to get back on track with my eating and to maybe shed the last five difficult pounds. His system is really simple and just causes you to think about what you are eating and to make sure that I was making the best possible choices. There is no diet or special food, it is all about choosing good proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the right amounts. I ended up losing 7 pounds over an 8 week period and I have been able to maintain this over the past few months with what I learned. David has a great demeanor, he is very interested in your overall health and was a good motivator.
