We are thrilled to present our new class offerings for every body! We understand that not every body has the same needs. Still offering our signature Modus offerings plus many more.

MODUS BARRE (formerly M45 — 1 hour)
Our signature, full-body burn that targets every muscle you know and plenty you didn’t know you had. Set to high-energy, fast-paced playlists, this class blends athletic barre technique with constantly evolving, challenging movement to strengthen, sculpt, and energize you from the inside out.
You’ll begin grounded on the mat to activate deep stabilizers, then build heat as the pace picks up and the movement never stops. With mats, weights, bands, and balls, every layer of this class is designed to maximize engagement and deliver that signature shake and burn. Powerful. Playful. Addictive. Come ready to move and surprise yourself with your strength.

FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY (1 hour)
Functional Mobility at Modus+ helps you move better in your body—and in your life. This dynamic class enhances natural movement patterns, supports joint health, and retrains your nervous system for optimal performance.
Through controlled strength work, intentional mobility training, and thoughtful movement, you’ll build resilience, improve range of motion, and reduce pain and stiffness. Expect to leave feeling fluid, aligned, and empowered.

STRENGTH (60, 45 Formerly weights)
This total-body strength-training class is designed to build lean muscle, improve bone density, and increase overall power. Using a mix of bodyweight work and strength equipment, you’ll sculpt and shape your body through progressive, energizing movements. Expect strong reps, clean form, and a motivating environment that helps you push with purpose.

BARRE SCULPT (60, 45, or 30 minutes)
Barre Sculpt blends barre technique, yoga flow, and strength training into a full-body sculpting experience. Expect tone, length, and controlled power as you move through sequences designed to build endurance, improve flexibility, and strengthen stabilizing muscles. A variety of equipment keeps every class fresh, challenging, and fun.

Mat Pilates (60, 45 minutes)
Mat Pilates at Modus+ is a strength-forward, low-impact class designed to build deep core stability, improve posture, and create balanced, functional strength throughout the body. Rooted in precise, controlled movement, this class emphasizes breath, alignment, and intentional muscle engagement.
Expect a full-body workout using bodyweight and simple props to challenge stability, coordination, and mobility. Each class strengthens the powerhouse while lengthening muscles—helping you move with more ease, control, and confidence both in and out of the studio.
Accessible for all levels, with thoughtful progressions and modifications provided. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and aligned—the Modus+ way.

MIC (30 min.)
Modus Intense Cardio - It's the HIIT version of M45. 30 minutes of full-body including more cardio to increase your heart rate. It's fast and furious and over before you know it!

HUMAN REFORMER PILATES (60, 45, or 30 minutes)
Using flex-cord resistance bands, this class recreates the feel and function of a traditional Pilates reformer—without the machine. You’ll strengthen your entire body through controlled, lengthening movements that improve core stability, balance, coordination, flexibility, and posture. A strong and smart way to train, anytime and anywhere.

Flex + Flow (60 minutes)
A Modus+ mat experience that blends Pilates precision with yoga-inspired flow for a low-impact, full-body workout that feels both strong and expansive. Using light weights and intentional, continuous movement, this class is designed to lengthen muscles, build strength, and support deep core engagement throughout.
Expect smooth transitions, controlled sequences, and mindful breath woven into a flow-based format that keeps you moving without impact or intensity overload. Every class balances effort and ease—helping you feel stronger, more mobile, and deeply connected to your body.
Accessible for all fitness levels, Flex + Flow leaves you energized, aligned, and supported from the inside out.
Cancellation Policy Reminder
To ensure fairness and studio efficiency, we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & reschedules must be made at least 4 hours before class.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a deduction from your class pack (as if you attended).
