Modus Barre
(Formerly M45)

The signature Modus method and the heartbeat of the studio.

This full-body workout blends athletic barre technique with constantly evolving movement designed to strengthen, sculpt, and energize you from the inside out. Set to high-energy playlists and fast-paced sequencing, every class challenges your muscles in new ways—targeting the ones you know and plenty you didn’t know you had.

You’ll begin grounded on the mat to activate deep stabilizing muscles before building intensity as the pace picks up and the movement flows continuously. With mats, weights, bands, and balls woven throughout class, each layer is designed to maximize engagement and deliver the signature Modus shake and burn.

Expect strength, control, and endurance as you move through powerful sequences that leave you feeling stronger, longer, and energized.

Modus Barre Basics
60 minutes

Build strength, confidence, and control while learning the core movements that define the Modus barre method.

Moving at a slightly slower pace, you’ll focus on alignment, control, and proper muscle engagement while building the strength and confidence to transition into our full Modus Barre class. Using mats, light weights, bands, and balls, you’ll still experience the signature shake and burn — just with more space to learn, refine the method, and move with intention.

Expect controlled, full-body sequences that activate deep stabilizing muscles, improve balance, and strengthen from head to toe. Whether you’re brand new to barre or simply looking for a lower-impact class that still delivers an effective workout, Modus Barre Basics offers a supportive environment to build strength and confidence in your movement.

The perfect starting point for anyone new to barre or new to Modus — and a great option for those who enjoy a slightly more grounded pace while still feeling the burn.

Barre Sculpt 
60, 45, or 30 minute classes

Barre Sculpt blends barre precision, yoga-inspired flow, and strength training into a dynamic full-body sculpting experience. Expect tone, length, and controlled power as you move through intentional sequences designed to build endurance, improve flexibility, and strengthen deep stabilizing muscles.

Movement flows continuously as strength and control build layer by layer. With a variety of equipment woven throughout class, every sequence is designed to challenge balance, activate core stability, and create that deep, satisfying muscle burn.

Functional Mobility
60 minutes

Functional Mobility at Modus+ helps you move better in your body—and in your life. This dynamic class enhances natural movement patterns, supports joint health, and retrains your nervous system for optimal performance.
Through controlled strength work, intentional mobility training, and thoughtful movement, you’ll build resilience, improve range of motion, and reduce pain and stiffness.  Expect to leave feeling fluid, aligned, and empowered.

Strength 
60 + 45 minute classes

This total-body strength-training class is designed to build lean muscle, improve bone density, and increase overall power. Using a mix of bodyweight work and strength equipment, you’ll sculpt and shape your body through progressive, energizing movements.  Expect strong reps, clean form, and a motivating environment that helps you push with purpose.

​Mat Pilates 
60 or 45 minute classes

Mat Pilates at Modus+ is a strength-forward, low-impact class designed to build deep core stability, improve posture, and create balanced, functional strength throughout the body. Rooted in precise, controlled movement, this class emphasizes breath, alignment, and intentional muscle engagement.
Expect a full-body workout using bodyweight and simple props to challenge stability, coordination, and mobility. Each class strengthens the powerhouse while lengthening muscles—helping you move with more ease, control, and confidence both in and out of the studio.
Accessible for all levels, with thoughtful progressions and modifications provided. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and aligned—the Modus+ way.

​Flex + Flow 

60 minutes

A Modus+ mat experience that blends Pilates precision with yoga-inspired flow for a low-impact, full-body workout that feels both strong and expansive. Using light weights and intentional, continuous movement, this class is designed to lengthen muscles, build strength, and support deep core engagement throughout.
Expect smooth transitions, controlled sequences, and mindful breath woven into a flow-based format that keeps you moving without impact or intensity overload. Every class balances effort and ease—helping you feel stronger, more mobile, and deeply connected to your body.
Accessible for all fitness levels, Flex + Flow leaves you energized, aligned, and supported from the inside out.

​Human Reformer Pilates 
60, 45, or 30 minutes

Experience the strength, control, and lengthening power of a traditional reformer workout—no machine required.

Using flex-cord resistance bands, this class recreates the feel and function of a reformer while allowing you to move freely on the mat. Through slow, controlled movements, you’ll build deep core strength, improve balance and coordination, and enhance flexibility and posture.

Every sequence is designed to challenge stability, activate supporting muscles, and create long, lean strength throughout the entire body. Smart, intentional training that helps you move better in and out of the studio.

Mind•Body•Cardio(IntenSati)
60 minutes

Mind•Body•Cardio (traditionally called IntenSati) is a high-energy, mind-body workout that blends aerobic movement with spoken affirmations to build strength, stamina, and mental focus at the same time. This is not your typical cardio group fitness class. Expect dynamic, choreographed aerobic sequences paired with powerful, intentional mantras. You’ll move with intention, speak with purpose, and sweat with joy. Each class ends with a guided meditation to seal the experience and anchor the work you’ve done. This class builds endurance, coordination, confidence, and mental resilience. You’ll leave feeling energized, empowered, and aligned in body and mind. Open to all fitness levels, especially those who want more than a workout.

Happy Hour Sweat Session 
45 minutes 

Clock out, turn it up, and sweat it out. Happy Hour Sweat Sesh is your end-of-week release—a fast, fun, feel-good workout that blends barre and Pilates into one efficient, high-energy class.

This 45-minute session moves quickly and intentionally, targeting arms, glutes, legs, and deep core with low-impact, high-burn sequences. Expect small, powerful movements, pulsing strength work, and a steady flow that keeps your heart rate up without beating up your body.

Set to upbeat, Friday-vibes playlists, this class is equal parts strength, sweat, and celebration. You’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to roll into the weekend!

Adult Ballet 
45 minutes 

Step into a graceful movement experience designed just for adults! Whether you’ve never danced before or you’re returning to ballet after years away, this class invites you to explore classical ballet in a supportive, encouraging environment. Ballet at Modus+ isn’t about perfection — it’s about joy, strength, and expression through movement.

This class is perfect for adults at all levels — no previous dance training required. You’ll discover how ballet improves posture, flexibility, mindfulness, and joy in movement. Bring fitted, comfortable attire that lets you move freely, and if you have them, ballet slippers are encouraged (though not required).

Come as you are — leave feeling inspired. Ballet at Modus+ celebrates community, progress, and the delight of learning something new at any age.

Cardio Walking 
45 minutes 

Ready to feel energized, boost your heart rate, and get your body moving — all with easy-to-follow steps? Our Cardio Walking class combines upbeat walking patterns, intentional step sequences, and low-impact movements that keep your joints happy while your energy soars. Drawing inspiration from low-impact indoor walking workouts that help participants hit ~3,000 steps in 30 minutes, this class expands it into a 45-minute group experience that’s fun, effective, and accessible to everyone. 

This class is beginner-friendly and low impact, making it ideal if you want cardiovascular benefits without stressing your joints. You’ll leave feeling energized, accomplished, and proud of the steps you took — literally — toward better fitness and well-being. 

No fancy equipment needed — just supportive sneakers, water, and a smile. Walk, groove, burn, repeat. 

MIC
30 minutes

Modus Intense Cardio - It's the HIIT version of M45. 30 minutes of full-body including more cardio to increase your heart rate. It's fast and furious and over before you know it!
