Beginner:

Monday thru Friday: One- ten minute work-out daily.

  • Monday - Modus warm-up

  • Tuesday - Abs and arms

  • Wednesday - Glute and thigh

  • Thursday - Thigh and arms

  • Friday - Arms, core and glutes

 

Intermediate:

Monday thru Friday: One or two - ten minute work-out daily.

  • Monday - Modus warm-up

  • Tuesday - Abs and Arms.  Glute and Thigh

  • Wednesday - Thigh and Cardio

  • Thursday - Arms and Cardio, Modus Warm-up

  • Friday - Arms, Core and Glutes

Intermediate/Advanced:
Two - ten minute work-out daily.

  • Monday - Modus warm-up. Arms and Cardio

  • Tuesday - Abs and Arms.  Glute and Thigh

  • Wednesday - Thigh and Cardio, Glute and Cardio

  • Thursday - Arms and Cardio, Modus Warm-up

  • Friday - Arms, Core and Glutes, Thigh and Cardio
