Service Description
Modus 75 is a 75 minute full body workout that blends controlled strength work using weights and resistant bands, combined with precise exercises designed to increase your range of motion and develop better joint stability. The last 15 minutes of class incorporates longer stretches and poses designed to improve movement quality, and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy
If you need cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request at least 4 hours notice. Cancellations or no shows without 4-hour notice will result in a deduction from your class pack. Please email info@modus45.com if you need to cancel within 4 hours before class so we can let someone in from the waitlist. Thank you!
